TrueAi provides software platforms and services to organisations operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The website serves as a public information surface for TrueAi's work and as the entry point for organisations seeking to engage TrueAi.

Organisations interested in engaging TrueAi may submit an inquiry through the engagement application form on the website. TrueAi reviews each inquiry and responds to applicants whose inquiries align with TrueAi's current engagement model and capacity.

Submission of an inquiry does not create any obligation on TrueAi to accept the inquiry or to enter into an engagement. TrueAi exercises sole discretion in determining which inquiries to accept.

If an inquiry is accepted, the resulting engagement is governed by a separate engagement contract negotiated and executed between TrueAi and the client. Submission of an employment application does not create any obligation on TrueAi to consider the application, to schedule an interview, or to make an offer of employment.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under Saudi law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
