TrueAi is a small, deliberate company. The work is technically demanding, the data is sensitive, the clients are serious, and the standard is high. Every engineer, analyst, and operator on this team is here because the standard is held without reminder.

The disciplines we expect are written: preparation before action, self-review before external review, reading before writing, proposals not escalations. These are not slogans. They are how the company operates, and they are what we hire for.

03/HOW WE HIRE

How we hire.

TrueAi's hiring process is deliberate. We would rather leave a seat empty than fill it incorrectly. The process below applies to all open roles.

    Application

    Submit your details through the apply form on the role page. Generic applications are a disqualifier.

  2. 02

    Initial conversation

    A focused conversation with TrueAi's leadership about your background, your reading of the role, and how you think about the work.

  3. 03

    Exercise

    A focused exercise designed to test how you think and how you work. Format varies by role and stage. You will be told the format and the time expected when the exercise is assigned. The exercise is unpaid and is part of the application process.

  4. 04

    Deep-dive interviews

    One or more conversations reviewing your submission, your reasoning, and how you would approach the work this role requires. The number of stages depends on the role and the candidate. The platform and roadmap are introduced at this stage under non-disclosure.

  5. 05

    References and offer

    References checked. Final conversation covering compensation, probation terms, start date, and any remaining questions. Written offer follows.

The process is deliberate and may take several weeks.
