·ABOUT
01 / Why TrueAi exists.
Saudi institutions are running on data they cannot see. Records sit in systems that were chosen years ago, in formats nobody fully owns, producing reports that nobody fully trusts. The institution operates anyway, because it has to. The cost of operating this way is paid quietly, every quarter, in decisions that could not have been made and questions that should have been asked.
TrueAi exists to close that gap. We build software that lets a Saudi institution see itself clearly, from the inside, in a form its leadership can act on. The work is technically demanding, the data is sensitive, and the standard is high. We accepted this scope because we believe it is the work the Kingdom needs done, and because we believe it should be done by a company that operates here.
02 / We build for institutions.
TrueAi is not a consumer software company. We do not build apps, we do not sell subscriptions to individuals, and we do not optimise for engagement. Our work is for the organisation as a whole, not the user holding the screen.
The institutions we serve do not need another tool. They need the picture their existing tools cannot produce. We build the software that produces that picture. It is delivered through engagements, not licences, because the work requires the company to be in the room with the institution, not behind a portal.

03 / We are a Saudi company.
TrueAi was founded in the Kingdom, is registered in the Kingdom, and operates from Khobar in the Eastern Province. The architecture we build carries the regulatory and operational context of the Kingdom in it from the first commit. Our work is shaped by the institutions it is built for, not retrofitted to them.
We do not view Saudi as a market to enter. We view it as the ground we stand on. The decisions we make about how to build, who to hire, how to handle data, and which work to take on are made with the Kingdom's institutions in mind, because those institutions are who we are here to serve.
04 / Engineers, not vendors.
The people who write the code at TrueAi are the people who deploy it, run it, and stand behind it. There is no sales layer translating between the institution and the engineer. The institution speaks directly to the people who built the system.
This is the only way we work. We have turned down work that required us to operate any other way, and we will continue to. The discipline does not scale by adding a layer between the engineer and the institution. It scales by keeping the engineer accountable for the work all the way through.
05 / Part of the Kingdom's technology future.
Saudi Arabia is in the middle of the largest sovereign technology programme in the world. Vision 2030 is producing new institutions, new infrastructure, and new categories of work that did not exist five years ago. The companies that get built inside this programme will shape what the Kingdom's technology base looks like for the next generation.
TrueAi is here to be one of them. We are not building for export, we are not building to be acquired, and we are not building to chase the next category. We are building a serious Saudi software company for the long run. The institutions we serve, the engineers we hire, and the standards we set are all decisions made with that horizon in mind.
